Brutal Pie is Grand Junction’s favorite (and only) Sourdough Pizzeria on Wheels! We are a food truck operating out of a converted 1990 Bluebird school bus, mostly serving downtown Grand Junction, Colorado.
We believe in Heavy Metal, but not heavy pizza. With a long-fermentation organic sourdough process, our pizza dough is easier on the stomach, and face-meltingly delicious. Not to mention the high-quality toppings, irresistible combos, tasty salads, and killer playlists, you’ll be stoked you stopped by. Just look out for the big red school bus!
